The inital founders deployed themselves while begging and bartering to trade shifts with their co-workers in order to have the time off for the fire. They obtained federal contractor status, paving the way for future expansion.
In 2012, they expanded their deployment bases to include Arizona and Montana, increasing their ability to competitively service the Western US.
